Washington, D.C. — February 2-4, 2026
The commissioners, secretaries, and directors of agriculture from around the nation will gather with federal agencies, congressional leaders, and industry stakeholders to talk about pressing agricultural and food policy issues. The conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill.
- Business Meeting: Scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 4, at 11:30 a.m. ET (subject to change).
- Paperless Event: NASDA meetings are now paperless; an electronic version of the 2026 Policy Book is available online.
- Voting & Proxies: Members designating staff to vote must complete a proxy form prior to the meeting.
This annual gathering serves as a critical forum for shaping the regulatory and legislative landscape of American agriculture. States may attend all committee meetings, but voting is restricted to registered committee members or their designated proxies.
