On July 3, 2025, in Zug, Switzerland, Lallemand announced through its Lallemand Bio-Ingredients business unit the acquisition of Solyve, a subsidiary of the InVivo group. This strategic move reinforces Lallemand Bio-Ingredients’ commitment to advancing microbial solutions for the food and beverage industry.

Solyve is a leading producer of classical enzymes using solid-state fermentation at its modern facility located in Normandy, France. Originally founded in 1989 as Lyven S.A., the company has built a robust portfolio of high-performance enzymes primarily targeted toward winemaking, juice and vegetable processing, and plant-based foods.
