With more than 25 years of experience in the agri-inputs sector, R.K. Goyal brings deep expertise in commercial execution, regulatory affairs, market development, and cross-border leadership. He has held senior positions at multinational and regional agri-businesses, where he consistently led transformative projects that expanded market share, improved grower outreach, and fostered innovation in sustainable crop inputs.

Prior to this new appointment, Goyal served as Managing Director for South Asia at Verdesian, where he played a pivotal role in establishing the company’s presence in India and surrounding markets. Under his leadership, the company introduced key NUE technologies, strengthened its distributor network, and built strong collaborations with industry stakeholders and farming communities.

In his expanded role, Goyal will continue to be based in India and will work closely with Verdesian’s global leadership team to align regional strategy with the company’s overarching mission of advancing sustainable agriculture.
