Bioinput based on three new microorganisms hits the market

In 2024, Brazil witnessed a 10.3% increase in bioinput registrations compared to 2023, according to a market survey released by the consultancy 5P2R. Among the various categories, inoculants stood out with a remarkable 52% growth, totaling 117 new registrations. This surge reflects the industry’s continuous investments in innovation and research, with companies striving to bring new and effective biological solutions to the market.

One such company leading the way is Biosphera AgroSolutions, an industry based in Londrina, Paraná. The company has unveiled its latest breakthrough product, BioVelox, during Show Rural Coopavel, which commenced on February 10 and runs until February 14 in Cascavel-PR. BioVelox introduces a unique formulation based on three exclusive microorganisms, marking a significant milestone for the Brazilian bioinput market.

BioVelox: A Revolutionary Bioinput for Soil-Plant Interaction

BioVelox is formulated using a combination of three distinct microorganisms that are new to the Brazilian market:

Lactobacillus plantarum

Rhodopseudomonas palustris

Saccharomyces cerevisiae

These microorganisms, combined into a single innovative formulation, work in synergy within the rhizosphere—the crucial region where soil, roots, and microbes interact. Each microorganism plays a unique role, yet they function in a complementary manner, enhancing soil-plant interaction and providing strong biological reinforcement to the system.

By significantly improving the soil-plant connection, BioVelox is expected to contribute to greater agricultural efficiency, reinforcing Brazil’s position as a leader in sustainable and innovative bioinputs. With a growing focus on biological solutions in agriculture, companies like Biosphera AgroSolutions are paving the way for a more resilient and productive farming ecosystem.

As bioinput adoption continues to rise, the industry looks forward to further advancements that will support sustainable agricultural practices and improve crop performance. With more investments in biotechnology and microbiology, Brazil is reinforcing its commitment to innovation in agribusiness.
