Yara has today published its 2025 Annual Report, including complete 2025 Annual Accounts with notes. The report is attached as a pdf file and in European Single Electronic Format (ESEF). The report is also available on the company’s website at yara.com.

Regulatory & Sustainability Standards

The 2025 Annual Report embeds the EU Taxonomy disclosure and Sustainability Statements, prepared in accordance with the following standards:

• EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)
• European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS)
• Norwegian Securities Trading Act, Section 5-12 Disclosure Requirements
• Separate Country-by-country and Remuneration reporting
