Rovensa Group has announced a major reinforcement of its executive leadership. Following the successful integration of Rovensa Next, the Board has appointed Ignacio Domínguez as Chairman and CEO, and Christian Iaconucci as Deputy CEO to steer the company’s next phase of global growth.

Rovensa Group, a global leader in agricultural solutions for sustainable agriculture, today announced a significant reinforcement of its executive leadership. These appointments follow the successful completion of a key milestone: the full integration of 12 pioneering biosolutions companies into one single business, Rovensa Next.
With the integration complete, former CEO Javier Calleja has stepped down, passing the torch to a new leadership structure designed to accelerate operational excellence.
- Ignacio Domínguez (Chairman and CEO): Previously Chairman of the Board (since 2023) and former CEO of ADAMA, Ignacio will lead the Group’s strategic direction, capital allocation, and M&A decisions.
- Christian Iaconucci (Deputy CEO): Joining with nearly 30 years of experience (including 16 years at Syngenta), Christian will lead day-to-day operations, business performance, and execution of the annual plan.
