Working under a Distribution Agreement (“Agreement”), Eden and Syngenta will register and develop the market for Eden’s novel fungicide product, to be marketed by Syngenta as “Evelta™”, for uses such as cut flowers, pot plants, trees, shrubs, and bulbs.
