Kimitec and HYPONeX JAPAN have signed an exclusive distribution agreement to bring natural biotechnology developed in Europe to the heart of Japanese agriculture. This strategic alliance will enable the introduction of sustainable, effective, and chemical residue-free agricultural solutions into one of the most demanding markets in the world.
Through this collaboration, HYPONeX JAPAN, a leading company in Japan’s agricultural sector, becomes a key partner in Kimitec’s expansion in Asia, contributing its deep knowledge of the local market and its nationwide distribution network. Kimitec, in turn, brings to Japanese farmers the innovation developed at the MAAVi Innovation Center, the largest natural biotechnology center in Europe, focused on replacing synthetic chemicals without compromising productivity or profitability.
Yasutoyo Murakami, President of HYPONeX JAPAN:
“Japan is facing new challenges in agriculture, such as climate change and shifts in the natural environment. This agreement promotes sustainable solutions that support farmers without compromising quality or profitability.”
Alejandro de las Casas, Chief Commercial Officer – Agro Division at Kimitec:
“This alliance strengthens our global commitment to natural, effective, and sustainable agriculture. Japan represents a key market due to its technological demands and dedication to quality.”
Stéphane Chabierski, APAC Area Manager at Kimitec:
“This partnership brings advanced biological solutions to Japan, helping farmers improve soil health, better respond to climate challenges, and increase crop productivity while reducing dependence on chemical inputs.”
This agreement is part of Kimitec’s international strategy to accelerate the transition toward a new agricultural model based on natural biotechnology, aligned with global sustainability and food security goals. Japan, one of the most technologically advanced countries in the world, now becomes a key stage to demonstrate that natural innovation can compete with — and surpass — conventional agricultural standards.
