In this role, Ebert brings dynamic commercial leadership, a proven record of global growth, and a passion for customer-centric transformation to accelerate Verdesian’s mission of helping growers maximize their agricultural investments through innovative biologicals, nutritionals, seed treatments, and inoculants.

Ebert’s career reflects a powerful combination of entrepreneurial growth, global strategy, and channel development. Most recently, he served as Chief Commercial Officer at Carnivore Meat Company, where he delivered significant topline and profitable growth, expanded into new geographies, and successfully scaled the business under private equity ownership. He built out North American branded retail, e-commerce, direct-to-consumer, private label, and international channels, while sharpening organizational capabilities and culture.

Previously, Ebert spent more than a decade at PepsiCo and Sysco, holding senior sales, strategy, and general management roles. He forged long-standing partnerships with leading global retailers, distributors, and foodservice operators, bringing innovative growth strategies and executional excellence to both established and emerging categories.

Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah and now based in the Kansas City area, Ebert is known for a collaborative leadership style, a passion for developing people, and building high-performing, customer-focused teams.
