With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Ventrelli has held key roles at major agricultural companies, including Syngenta and Arysta LifeScience/UPL. His career encompasses diverse responsibilities in sales, marketing, project management, and technical support at national, regional, and global levels across EMEA and Asia. We are confident that his strategic vision and passion for sustainable agriculture will be invaluable as we continue to expand our global reach and deliver innovative solutions to growers around the world.”

Ventrelli expressed his excitement about joining Rovensa Next, stating, “I am honored to join Rovensa Next at such a dynamic time in the agricultural industry. The company’s commitment to innovation and sustainability aligns perfectly with my own values.
