Pivot Bio, one of the world’s most innovative agtech companies, has announced the appointment of Daryl Allen as Vice President of Sales. Allen will report directly to Chris Turner, Chief Commercial Officer, and will join the company’s commercial leadership team.

With over 30 years of agricultural sales leadership experience, Allen will lead Pivot Bio’s sales organization. He will be responsible for executing the company’s national sales strategy, accelerating revenue growth, and expanding distribution networks across the U.S.

Allen most recently served as Global Biologicals Commercial Business Expansion Leader at Corteva Agriscience, where he played a pivotal role in advancing the company’s biologicals portfolio. His career includes leadership roles at Corteva, DuPont, and Monsanto, where he built a reputation for strategic sales execution, business planning, and large account management.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture from Lincoln University in Jefferson City, Missouri, and completed the executive education program at Columbia Business School. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt and has received the DuPont Global Excellence Award in marketing and sales.
