At the 6th BioAgTech World Congress & Expo 2025, Dr. Vinod Gaur from Agri Biochem Research Lab and Ms. Sandeepa Ravindra Kanitkar, Managing Director of Kan Biosys, were jointly awarded the Global BioAgTech Innovation Poster Award 2025, sponsored by OCP NutribioTek, in recognition of their outstanding scientific contributions to sustainable agricultural innovation.
Their poster presentations were celebrated for their originality, scientific rigor, and strong potential for practical application in advancing the field of biological agriculture. The award highlights the role of research in shaping the future of farming through evidence-based, technology-driven solutions that prioritize environmental resilience and farmer prosperity.
Dr. Vinod Gaur’s presentation focused on enhancing plant nutrition through the strategic use of biostimulants, as well as the role of microbial formulations in improving soil health and crop resilience under abiotic stress conditions. His work demonstrates how tailored biological inputs can significantly improve nutrient efficiency, plant vigor, and sustainability in diverse agro-climatic zones.
Ms. Sandeepa Kanitkar’s poster showcased advancements in microbial consortia and the integration of AI-assisted delivery systems to support precision agriculture. Her research emphasized the importance of combining biology and digital technologies to create smart farming frameworks that are both scalable and eco-friendly. The award was received on her behalf by Mr. Sagar Shah, Export Manager at Kan Biosys Pvt. Ltd., during the Gala Night ceremony.
