Valencia, January 2025 – Less than a year after its founding in March 2024, Veganic has surpassed all expectations and forecasts, establishing itself as an emerging leader in the agricultural biosolutions sector. With €3.7 million in revenue generated within just nine months of operations, the company achieved 185% growth over its initial projections, which estimated €2 million for the same period. This remarkable performance has been bolstered by a positive EBITDA, demonstrating the financial stability and profitability of the company in its early phase.

In 2024, Veganic secured a strategic position in key markets such as Europe, Mexico, and the APAC region. The successful introduction of its innovative product portfolio into major distribution networks was pivotal to its rapid expansion. This progress was underpinned by an investment exceeding €1 million in product registration and compliance, ensuring adherence to the stringent regulations and standards governing the most demanding global markets.

A Talented Team, Organizational Culture, and Strategic Alliances Driving Global Success

One of Veganic’s key success factors has been its commitment to talent. Within less than a year, the company assembled a team of 32 highly skilled professionals, whose dedication and expertise have been instrumental in driving growth and reinforcing the company’s global vision.

Veganic has distinguished itself with a streamlined organizational structure and minimal bureaucracy. Backed by a leadership team adept at making swift, strategic decisions, the company has fostered a unique corporate culture. By prioritizing collective work and harmony across departments, Veganic operates as a cohesive unit, propelling success in every project.

In addition, the Veganic brand has formed strategic alliances with key players in markets such as Mexico, Argentina, Turkey, India, France, and Italy. These partnerships have not only strengthened its international presence but also built a robust and efficient distribution network, supporting its ambitious expansion goals.

2025 Projections: A Leap Toward Global Consolidation

Looking ahead to 2025, Veganic is poised for exponential growth. The company plans to triple its current sales and grow its team to 60 professionals. Additionally, it aims to expand its presence to 30 countries and establish two new production subsidiaries in strategic regions, reinforcing its leadership in the industry.

“The results achieved in 2024 are just the beginning of our long-term vision. We are committed to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions to meet the growing global demand for chemical-free food. 2025 will be a pivotal year to solidify our position as a global leader in this booming sector,” said Carlos Ledó, Founder and CEO of Veganic.

With a solid business model, a differentiated value proposition, and a well-defined global expansion strategy, Veganic is set to revolutionize agriculture, proving that sustainability and profitability can go hand in hand.
