Certis Biologicals Appoints Eda Reinot as President and Future CEO

Reinot will transition into the role of Chief Executive Officer in the near future, marking a significant step in the company’s evolution.

Eda Reinot joins Certis Biologicals with extensive experience in agricultural innovation. Prior to her new role, she served as Vice President at Indigo Ag, where she was responsible for overseeing research and development (R&D), regulatory affairs, quality control, bio-processing, and international product development. Reinot’s career also includes notable R&D roles at BASF and a position as Global Head of R&D at Becker Underwood.

In her new role at Certis Biologicals, Reinot will be at the forefront of a company renowned for its comprehensive portfolio of over 40 products designed to manage pests, diseases, and weeds across various crop types. Certis Biologicals holds more than 300 global registrations for its products, which include well-known brands such as Double Nickel®, Howler EVO®, and Theia®. Recently, the company has introduced new products like NemaClean® bionematicide and Convergence® biofungicide, aimed at enhancing large-acreage cropping systems.

Reinot’s appointment comes at a time when the biological solutions market is experiencing unprecedented growth.
