IICA Strengthens Agricultural Ties Between Argentina, Central America, and the Caribbean
Buenos Aires, Argentina – August 14, 2025 — The Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA) has advanced regional agricultural cooperation by hosting three Central American and Caribbean ministers in Argentina. The visit opened new opportunities for trade, investment, and knowledge exchange across the hemisphere.
During the visit, ministers met with Argentine government officials, agricultural producers, and private-sector leaders to explore joint initiatives in sustainable farming, agri-tech innovation, and market access.
